yes its the birthplace of civilization. Its one of the most beautiful continents in the world...and its where WE come from. Even tho im black I still its necessary to appreciate the culture there...becuz it was our culture before they enslaved us u kno? No matter how many things I might be mixed with my ancestors were prolly still African.

Yea...Africa started it all...u prolly wont read it in most U.S or European written textbooks..but Moroccans started civilization in Europe...they were the first to colonize Spain and build cities. Europeans were schooled in Africa and took the technology for themselves after a while. And...as far as the Egyptians go..they dont even consider themselves Africans anymore(least the ones I talked to.)
